Cipriano Manuel speaks about growing up in Kaij Mek (Santa Rosa), joining the air force, and becoming a tribal judge. He describes many cases and legal problems. He was also a faculty member at Arizona State University. The original recording was lost. This class was an anthropology seminar for University of Arizona graduate students on Tohono O'odham culture taught by Bernard Fontana and Daniel Matson.
